On June 3, 2021, Miao Miao came to Yihe Heart and Mind as the first official case, embarking on a multidimensional intervention journey in the complex and vast human life system. In that year, she turned 21.

Miao Miao's life has been very simple over the years: attending school from Monday to Friday and returning home on weekends. Her world is small, with minimal emotional differentiation. To avoid external emotional disturbances and occasional peculiar behaviors, she has maintained a simple learning and living environment, unable to integrate into the broader social context. Her abilities are somewhat fragmented, making it challenging for her to independently complete tasks, and she has struggled with self-care and independence.

In recent months, Miao Miao has grown significantly. From using only a few words in the past, she now forms complete sentences, and her expressions are meaningful. Her inner world has become richer, and her curiosity and learning abilities have increased. She engages in morning exercises, goes to the supermarket by herself, cooks independently in the kitchen, and sometimes bakes desserts in the afternoon, selling them at the elementary school gate, often selling out immediately. She has earned the nickname "Chef Miao" from enthusiastic admirers who genuinely appreciate the delicious food she makes. Miao Miao now values herself, understands the concept of money, and plans to save money for a trip to Sanya. It is believed that she has the ability to become a true "Chef Miao" and start her culinary entrepreneurship project.
